Two questions come up again and again: is the auto clicker mod safe to install, and can you get banned for using it? Here's a clear answer to both.
Is it safe to download?
A mod is as safe as the place you get it from. The download button on this site links directly to the official CurseForge file, where files are scanned and uploaded by the mod author. That's the safest source.
Stay away from:
- re-upload sites that wrap the mod in an
.exeinstaller; - download links in random video descriptions or Discord DMs;
- "cracked" or "premium" versions — the real mod is free.
What the mod does (and doesn't) do
The mod is client-side only. It presses the attack action for you at the right time. It doesn't edit your world files, doesn't change other players' games and doesn't need any server plugin.
Is it allowed?
Single-player
Yes. The mod is built for single-player mob farms, and in your own world there's no one to object.
Multiplayer servers
It depends on the server. Many public servers ban auto clickers or any kind of macro, and anti-cheat plugins can flag perfectly regular attack timing. The mod's own author warns that multiplayer servers often forbid autoclickers and that you should check the rules first.
- Big PvP/minigame networks: almost always banned.
- Survival SMPs: some allow AFK farming, others don't. Ask an admin.
- Your private server with friends: agree on rules together.
Our recommendation
Use it in single-player or on servers where the rules clearly allow it. If you're unsure, ask — a quick message to staff is better than losing an account. For installation, see the step-by-step guide.
