Minecraft 1.21.11 was the last update to use the old "1.x" numbering. If you're looking for an auto clicker mod for Minecraft 1.21.11, it helps to understand how versions changed afterward and which file to download.
Minecraft's new version numbers
After 1.21.11, Mojang moved to year-based version numbers. Releases in 2026 are numbered 26.x (26.1, 26.2, 26.3 and so on). So 26.3 is simply a newer update than 1.21.11 — it isn't a different game.
Which version does the auto clicker mod support?
At the time of writing, the auto clicker mod (Auto Clicker/FarmClicker) has one release: autoclicker263-1.0.0.jar, built for Minecraft 26.3 on Fabric. Fabric mods usually only load on the version they were compiled for, so it isn't expected to run on 1.21.11.
What to do if you're on 1.21.11
- Update to 26.3. In the Minecraft Launcher, create an installation for 26.3, then install Fabric Loader for that same version. Back up your worlds before opening them in a newer version.
- Check the Files tab. Mod authors sometimes add builds for other versions later. Visit the CurseForge files list and filter by game version.
- Don't force it. Editing a mod's
fabric.mod.jsonto "trick" it into loading on another version usually causes crashes.
Why it's worth updating
On the supported version, the mod gives you:
- Automatic attacks about every 0.65 seconds (adjustable), timed for a full sword charge.
- Swings only when an entity is under the crosshair.
- Automatic pause while sprinting.
- Instant on/off with the G key.
- Client-side only — it doesn't change your world or other players.
