How to Install Minecraft Mods from CurseForge (Beginners)

If the auto clicker mod is your first mod ever, don't worry. Installing mods from CurseForge is easy once you know the steps.

Method A: The CurseForge app (easiest)

  1. Download the CurseForge app from curseforge.com and install it.
  2. Select Minecraft and click Create Custom Profile.
  3. Choose Minecraft 26.3 and the Fabric loader.
  4. Open the profile, click Add More Content, search "Auto Clicker/FarmClicker" and click Install.
  5. Press Play. The app handles everything else.

Method B: Manual install

  1. Install Fabric Loader from fabricmc.net for version 26.3.
  2. Download the mod's .jar from the official CurseForge page (use the download button on this site).
  3. Open your .minecraft folder and the mods folder inside it (create it if needed).
  4. Copy the .jar into mods.
  5. Open the Minecraft Launcher, select the fabric-loader profile and play.

How to read a CurseForge mod page

  • Game Versions: must match your Minecraft version.
  • Mod Loaders: Fabric, Forge, NeoForge or Quilt — must match your loader.
  • Relations / Dependencies: other mods you must install too.
  • Environment: "Client" means you only install it on your own PC.

Safety tips

  • Download only from CurseForge or Modrinth.
  • Mods are .jar files — never .exe.
  • Back up your worlds before adding new mods.

Now that you know the basics, follow the auto clicker mod guide to start farming.
